Something light and offcourse spicy was tempting , lets starting with a delicious appetizer
Spicy Mussels Steam in Chardonnay
One kg nice fresh mussels , onion , garlic , chilli, red chilli pepper , leek , tomato , salt & white pepper and one big glass of Chardonnay
Very quick steam , about 5 min
Served with with squeeze lime and fresh basil leaf and offcourse a cold glass of French Chradonnay
boOoM !
The sun goes down and getting a bit cold … and then feels for something warm , still the choice something light food …..
Seafood Soup Wantons with Tofu was the winner

Prawn wanton , lobster balls, fish balls and tofu —> very light and super quick , together with Chilean Cabarnet Sauvignon is perfect combo’ from the seafood and spicy become a bitter sweet taste
still aint get enough of the mussels ?
Served the soup with fresh leek leaves….fantastic
as always …. delicious
